First time being an OL. Left me a lot of memories :P
I can still remember the first day of orientation. Im in charge of C242 and the OLs tat were in charge of the same class with me are Michelle and Eugene. I know michelle during oltc (Physox) but i dunno eugene at all. All the freshies dam quiet sia. Some even have the face like u owe than zi ba ban ($1 million). Ask them to cheer they like stand they open mouth but nothing come out. Dam du lan. Tat time i thought to myself, wa like tat sianliaolo. This time cmf cui. At the end of day 1 was the nightwalk, they started to hype up and most of them started to cheer. But who cheers when they go for nightwalk, trying to hide ur fear rite! LOL! Kay la, dun blame u all cause nightwalk is meant to scare ppl. XD
Shall not say much abt the remaining 2 stations la, a bit cui..... Got along well with eugene ^^
On the 2nd day, sadly i was to go to one of the wet stations to help out. Didnt really had much time with the freshies. But was it a blessing in disguise??? Heard tat michelle kena until very cham tat day..... But after the second day, woots i finally see 1 BIG FAMILY! All the freshies finally cheer! After the station games was the final showdown, something really RANDOM happened! The performers on stage suddenly ask all the OLs from our LT to go down! We didnt even knew wad was going on. We went down and cheered alongside them and tats it. Lucky they did not ask us to dance.
The 3rd day was regata. I think think all the freshies did a great job and it was so sad that we couldnt win >.<
After the regata, we went bac to the LT and the freshies got debrief befor us (OLs) getting ours. I think Michelle, Eugene and me are so surprised when someone told us tat a lot of our freshies are still waiting for us outsied the LT. We went for dinner together and went back home....
